The VI Forum of Leaders for Talent Management was attended by Nextbitt

NextBITT attended the 6th edition of the Talent Management Leaders Forum. This event, launched in 2016 by "human" magazine and its Just Media publishing house, addresses cutting-edge issues in leadership and talent management in organizations. After a year's hiatus, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, on May 3, 2022, at the Lagoas Park Hotel in Oeiras, a number of key players from the current organizational context met in person to discuss the topic "The Future of the World of Work - Leading in Times of Change".

Nextbitt's presence at the VI Talent Management Leaders Forum

At this event, NextBITT had the opportunity to take part in Panel number one "Leadership challenges in the post-pandemic", discussing, in front of those present and according to its business principles, how companies' working and organizational models could evolve and what the role of leaders should be in this process. The panel also included representatives from Ericsson Portugal, Transdev Portugal and Spain, among others.

The event also included two more panels: "How leaders look at a changing world" and "Work in organizations: a perspective of evolution"
