With a degree in Industrial Production Engineering, he has spent his entire career in information systems companies for the Enterprise market, such as GSI or GLINTT, where he held management positions with responsibility for managing teams, delivering projects and developing national and international partnerships. He is a founding partner of Nextbitt.
Graduated in Computer Engineering in 2002, he worked as Development Manager at Consiste and then as Unit Manager at Glintt. Pedro Morais was also a Partner at Glose - Global Systems Engineering before becoming a Partner at Nextbitt.
A competent professional not only at Nextbitt, where he is currently a Partner, but also at WTE - World Trade Energy, where he was a Director for over twelve years. Miguel Salgueiro has also worked as Sales and Logistics Director at Sacoor Brothers and the Malo Clinic Group.
With a degree in Economics and a post-graduate degree in Management, Ana has 20 years of professional experience. After starting her career as a consultant at Deloitte, she took on different roles in the Portugal Telecom Group, was CFO of Bizdirect (Sonae IM group) and Director of Planning and Control at Claranet. Since Oct'22 she has been CFO of Nextbitt and responsible for the company's non-core areas.
Enrique has a law degree from the University of Navarra. He is passionate about sales, whatever the product or service, and believes that life is happier after closing a sale. He loves reading, his family, golf and his country, Spain. He has always worked in sales in different sectors, food, retail, telecommunications and banking, among others.
With specialized training in Sustainable Management, Margarida has been working in the area of Sustainability and Tech since 2018. More recently, in June 2023, she completed the Business and Climate Change: Towards Net Zero Emissions course at the University of Cambridge. She worked at APLANET, where her mission was to explore new markets in this area and, in July 2023, she joined the Nextbitt team with the aim of strengthening the brand's presence in international markets.
With a degree in Digital Communication and post-graduate degrees in Management and Digital Business Management, Joana, in addition to several years of experience in Marketing, also has a passion for writing, having already published two books. She has worked for companies such as GE Money, Lidl and Havas Media Digital, accumulating experience in different sectors and markets, but always linked to Marketing.
João has over 15 years' experience in delivering business and technology consultancy projects, having worked on the digital transformation of major national companies in a wide range of industries. Continuous optimization and improvement through technology is João's dogma, applying pragmatism to the challenges he takes on. At Nextbit he is responsible for delivering EAM projects and ensuring the adoption of the tool by the various users.
With a degree in Environmental Engineering, a Master's degree in Environmental Systems Management and a post-graduate degree in Sustainability Management, Susana has vast and solid experience in the field of Environment and Sustainability. She began her professional career at the Environmental Institute - now the Portuguese Environmental Agency - and later moved to the cement industry, where she worked for more than two decades in the different geographies and business units of the Secil Group.
With a degree in Finance and Accounting from ISCTE Business School and a master's degree in Management of Information Systems and Technologies from NOVA IMS, he has always worked in the areas of functional analysis and product management in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV and PHC), with experience in various geographies.
Hailing from the beaches of the North of Portugal, where he was a lifeguard and swimming teacher in his spare time, Miguel graduated in Network and Computer Systems Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto, having worked as a Systems Analyst in the Retail and Supply Chain areas before accepting the Nextbitt challenge to revolutionize the Asset Management industry, as part of its product team.
A Software Quality Assurance specialist with over a decade of experience in software testing, I have led agile projects in banking, retail, e-commerce and now asset management for large companies. I firmly believe that sharing knowledge is fundamental for personal and professional growth, which is why I actively engage in discussions aimed at the continuous improvement of people and their creations.
With years of experience in development, product and team management for different industries, Tiago enjoys a good technical challenge. In addition to his healthy obsession with sweets, he has a background in Computer Engineering and multiple technical certifications.
With a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Minho, Paulo is curious about "novelty" and driven by challenge. He has over 12 years' experience in IT in different profiles and different sectors of activity. He has worked in different cultural contexts and leading multinational companies in his sector of activity, where he absorbed knowledge and good practices that he still implements today.
Always keen to maintain a 360 overview of people management, Andreia combines her background in Psychology with solid experience in the various strategic and operational areas of Human Resources. She is a curious person who pursues various interests, such as writing or music, and always faces challenges with a critical eye and a keen sense of humor.
With a degree in Economics and a specialization in Financial Accounting, Helena has dedicated her career to the financial area, where she has developed solid experience in the planning, implementation, control and strategic development of new businesses. She has worked in different sectors and markets, in companies such as MGI Portugal, Instituto do Coração and Maló Group. She faces every challenge with a critical spirit and enthusiasm, valuing teamwork and collaboration. Reading and traveling to cities with history are two of her great passions.
With a degree in Management, Céline began her professional career in France in the medical and pharmaceutical sector, working for SGS, Sanofi and Siemens. Passionate about history, she decided in 2016 to begin her era of discovery on Portuguese soil, perfecting her knowledge of standards to accompany organizations in implementing ISO9001 and ISO27001 certified management systems.
