Nextbitt wants to hire 50 new employees by the end of the year

16/2/2022

Nextbitt intends to integrate 50 new employees into its team over the course of this year.

The aim is to boost growth and respond to the challenges of an increasingly demanding and competitive economy. At the same time, the Portuguese software company focused on the management of organizations' physical assets will strengthen the continuous career development of its people.

"Attracting and retaining talent is a hot topic in today's organizational ecosystem, due to the great complexity involved in finding the best talent. It's important that organizations have the capacity to implement innovative and disruptive strategies, otherwise they won't be able to reach the best human resources," says Miguel Salgueiro, founder partner of Nextbitt.

"With regard to employee retention, the best way to achieve this is firstly to make them feel at home, so that they feel at home in the company's organizational culture, and secondly to invest in their internal career progression," the statement continues.

Nextbitt currently has around 38 employees, who ensure that it responds to customer challenges, both in Portugal and in international markets. By 2022, the technology company plans to increase its teams by at least 50 employees. The focus is on the positions of net fullstack developer, software tester, BI and environment engineers.
