Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 2 years ' experience in QA functions.
- Experience in designing and carrying out manual tests.
- Ability to test APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases(SQL, Redis)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams (Developers, Product Owners, Support).
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify inconsistencies, anticipate problems and question unexpected behavior.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to describe bugs, write test plans and interact with technical and product teams.
- I like a challenging product that can involve different areas of expertise in testing (Web, Mobile, Chatbots).
Valued (plus):
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium or equivalent.
- Experience in developing automated tests, preferably in C#.
- Knowledge of test integration in CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in the analysis of requirements and user stories, translating them into complete test plans aligned with business objectives.
- Designing, executing and documenting manual and/or automated tests, with a focus on functional validation, performance, usability and compatibility.
- Identify, report and track bugs in detail, including reproduction steps, impact and severity.
- Create, maintain and evolve the library of test cases and plans, ensuring adequate coverage and traceability throughout the software lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering and product teams to resolve defects and continuously improve quality.
- Explore and implement new testing tools, techniques and approaches, keeping up to date with good practices in the sector.
- Supporting the definition and continuous improvement of QA processes, promoting a culture of quality throughout the team.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests, contributing to the early detection of regressions and improving the efficiency of the QA process.
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
