Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for driving Nextbitt's growth through the development and implementation of lead generation campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to join our B2B Marketing department, playing a crucial role in the areas of Paid Media, MKT Automation Tools, CRM.

Nextbitt is a SaaS technology company that offers a unique platform focused on the sustainable management of physical assets, with solutions for all companies, helping organizations to take advantage of an integrated data model through digital innovation and to significantly reduce their carbon footprint.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and optimizing lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Work through the entire journey of converting leads into customers in HubSpot.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a constant and qualified supply of leads.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of acquisition and conversion campaigns to drive continuous improvements.
  • Analyze and report on paid media campaigns with metrics such as: CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
  • Collaborate in the creation of attractive content that generates interest and qualifies potential leads.
  • Managing the online advertising budget to ensure maximum return on investment.


  • 3 to 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, specifically in lead generation.
  • Previous experience in media and advertising agencies is valued.
  • Proven experience in HubSpot, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication.
