USER AGREEMENT WITH NEXTBITT

The NextBITT website consists of several web pages, operated by NextBITT.
The NextBITT website is offered to all users subject to their acceptance without alteration of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Use of the NextBITT website constitutes your agreement to all the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.

NextBITT is under no obligation to monitor its Communication Services. CANCELLATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

NextBITT reserves the right to restrict any user access to the NextBITT website to services related to any part of the website at any time it deems necessary, without prior notice. IN GENERAL to the maximum extent permitted by law, this contract is governed by the laws of Portugal and you therefore consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in all disputes arising out of or related to the use of the NextBITT website.
