As a Strategic Business Development Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting the entire Business Development area, from optimizing sales processes to managing support tools and critically analyzing data and reports. Your mission will be to simplify operations and contribute to increasing efficiency, creating all the conditions for the sales team to achieve its objectives, sustaining business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating in the creation of proposals with a strong narrative that addresses the needs identified with clients and/or prospects, gathering all the information necessary to prepare it;
• Producing additional materials that can add value to the client and contribute to decision-making;
• Collaborate in the process of managing sales tools and technologies that improve the team's productivity and performance;
• Gather, analyze and interpret sales data to generate insights and meaningful reports for decision-making;
• Preparing regular performance reports for the sales area, helping to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize sales productivity.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Marketing and Sales, Economics, Engineering, among others;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
