We are looking for a functional consultant who will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the implementation and configuration of the Nextbitt solution. Nextbitt is a SaaS technology company that offers a unique platform focused on the sustainable management of physical assets, with solutions for all companies, helping organizations to take advantage of an integrated data model through digital innovation and to significantly reduce their carbon footprint.

Responsibilities:

1. Working directly with clients to identify functional and business needs to be implemented on the Nextbitt platform;
2. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase the effectiveness of the Nextbitt solution;
3. Leading Nextbitt implementation projects with active participation in configuration, customization, testing and training;
4. Collaborate with the Nextbitt teams to ensure a successful implementation of the Nextbitt solution for our clients;
5. Creating adoption of the platform among our clients through training and support for users;
6. Supporting the commercial area in pre-sales actions and designing proposals for clients;
7. Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in software implementation.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' professional experience in a similar role;
2. Basic training in engineering or management;
3. Proven experience in:

1. SaaS, EAM or ERP technology implementation projects;
2. Facility and Asset Management areas (asset management, maintenance management, Real State)
3. Practical knowledge of Office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint;
4. Excellent organizational and planning skills;
5. Autonomy in the execution of a project plan;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and rigor in the quality of work;
7. Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
